Chocolate bar wrapped in bacon?

I recently came across a question about the theme “ Eat whatever you want, whenever you want”. So someone said if they could include eating a chocolate bar wrapped in bacon. The book absolutely answers the question. First off, chocolate is loaded with sugar and it was mentioned that eating in moderation is ok. Eating a lot is possible if you plan on exercising and having an exercise routine daily. Bacon is a food loaded with far and cholesterol therefore making it extremely hot. Eating it is possible, although not recommended. If eaten, a lot of cold foods should be mixed such as vegetables to balance the hot content.

Sample meals not mentioned

In my book, I had questions relating to sample meals not being mentioned. This is true. I leave it to the reader to understand the difference between hot foods and cold foods only. This should be enough for the reader to mix up food content and form a meal to achieve a balance. As far as the 50 to 500 rule, it’s 50 grams of carbs and 500 calories per meal if you do not exercise at all. Also, carbs carry a lot of calories and can be stored as fat. Calories and carbs go hand to hand if you don’t exercise and therefore must be considered together when eating without exercise.

Traditional Chinese Medicine

I recently came across a question regarding the ultrafiltration diet and how it tries to relate to traditional Chinese Medicine. Well, it does not. Chinese Medicine uses the science of herbs as Medicine. This book does not promote the science of medication. The methods used in the book helps with providing a healthy lifestyle. It is a diet book, and not medicinal.

Evidence to back claims

Recently,

I have had questions about backing up evidence with some of the foods that I have mentioned. I did not mention any type of evidence because then the book would be too long and boring. However, if I am asked about a particular food item, I could provide proof. For example, oatmeal is proven to reduce cholesterol levels. Cholesterol clogs the arteries and therefore considered hot. The book is based on giving you a general idea of how to approach eating.
